THE F3 DECLASSIFIED FILES

The platform
That Redefines What's Possible at 11 Feet
Designed for sailors, paddlers, and power enthusiasts who refuse to follow convention, the F3 by Farkas brings the most advanced composite technology & design to an accessible, single-handed platform.
One HULL Platform.
Four Possibilities.
The F3 Platform is built around a single advanced composite hull architecture engineered to support multiple high-performance applications.
-
Full-foiling sailing monohull
-
Cross-OVER canoe (solo or tandem)
-
Foiling personal watercraft
-
Conventional powered hull
Every version shares the same design philosophy, tooling, and composite manufacturing process, maximizing development efficiency while creating a versatile family of products.
Constructed using vacuum-infused advanced composites, the platform is available in E-glass, carbon, aramid, or hybrid laminates to meet the structural demands of each application.
One hull architecture. Four distinct watercraft. Unlimited opportunities.

Cross-Over Canoes
Built to Paddle. Designed to Explore.
-
Every F3 canoe is engineered to maximize comfort, efficiency, and control without compromising lightweight performance.
-
Ergonomically shaped fiberglass padded bulkhead saddles
-
Solo, Tandem, and Mule configurations
-
Fully integrated flotation systems
-
Lightweight vacuum-infused composite construction
-
Fiberglass, carbon, aramid, or hybrid laminate options
-
Optimized for rivers, lakes, wilderness expeditions, and effortless portaging
-
Every detail is designed to keep the paddler comfortable on the water and confident on the trail.
Full Foiling Monohull
Every project begins with a question.
What if a single sailor could experience the thrill of full foiling using canting ballasted foils, inspired by the world's most advanced racing yachts of the America's Cup?
That simple question became the foundation of the F3.
From there came months of sketching, studying hydrodynamics, benchmarking, and imagining a hull capable of making such a concept possible. Every line was drawn with purpose, balancing performance, stability, manufacturability, and above everything, cost containment.
Budgets had to be created. Funding had to be secured. Tooling had to be designed and built. Materials selected. Prototypes built. Parts redesigned, again and again. Systems simplified. Every decision became a balance between ambition, practicality, and economic implications.
The journey has been filled with successes that fueled momentum and failures that forced us to rethink, redesign, change engineering direction, and start over, once again. Every setback became another amazing and much-needed lesson, bringing the project one step closer to its main 1st. goal: SAIL POWERED TAKE OFF & STABLE AND CONTROLLABLE FLYING.

Modern Lines. Maximum Potential.
Inspired by the latest generation of America's Cup full foilers, the F3 hull and deck combine modern aesthetics with functional performance, modified to fulfill each different application
Every line has a purpose. Every surface contributes to efficiency, stability, control, or construction process simplification.
At the end, it was purely designed not only to fly, stand out for design and engineering solutions, but also to make a diversified marine platform accessible.
